Delivery Policy
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our printing partner, Printify.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (delivery time may vary depending on your country’s customs processing and postal service).
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays, customs clearance, and high seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product weight.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be provided where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or dislike of the product.
We will, however, replace or refund items if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong product was sent
- There is a printing error or quality issue
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
- Contact us at [contact@tuneupgame.com] within 30 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Our team will review your request and coordinate with Printify to process a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital items
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
Refund Policy
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In cases where a replacement is issued, no refund will be provided.
Additional Notes
- Colors and print placement may vary slightly from the product images due to the custom printing process.
- Please check our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the correct fit.
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe by more than 30 days, contact us so we can investigate with Printify and arrange a solution.
